Koffing

I think this may be my best one yet? Maybe not. Anyway, he was one of my favorites from the show. Personally, he NEVER made it into my party. But I figured a solid poison type was useless, as most plant types are also poison, which takes away it's advantage. Anyway, here is my 4th project, Koffing.
